Riccardo, 24 years old, graduating in medicine from the University of Siena, is the first student in the world to participate in the European “Erasmus” university exchange program in the Gaza Strip. Entering Gaza, however, is not easy, and when the armed conflict reignites violently, Riccardo is forced to make difficult choices, for himself and for the people around him. But the comparison and the presence of his new friends and colleagues will be the element of strength and courage that will allow him to overcome fears and cross professional and human pitfalls, realizing, beyond all expectations, the dream of becoming a surgeon. A universal story of education, friendship, courage and love of a millennial who only wants to chase his future.
