Meeting entitled “Women, rurality and the affirmation of rights“. Valentina Iacoponi will present her book entitled “new peasant women” (promoted by the CIA and the Cervi Institute) with a preface by Rossano Pazzagli, an important testimony, which brings to light the great contribution made by peasant women in the affirmation of women’s rights; the director Elisa Flaminio Inno will present an episode “Nanà” from the docu-series “donne di terra” (10’/ Ita/1506 Produzioni) and Angela Saba, breeder and cheese producer in Massa Marittima will bring her testimony.
Silvia Lelli (director of the scientific committee) and Cristina Berlini (artistic director and founder of the festival) will present the programme, guests and films in competition at the DocuDonna 2020 edition.
Screening of the video “Artista della Terra” (10 min/ The Netherlands-Italy/ 2020) about the Danish artist Rikke Munkholm Laursen, made by Rikke Munkholm Laursen, Bruno Doedens and Andras Hamelberg.
